Susan Manns

Dr. Susan Manns is an accomplished voice teacher and performer who has taught college voice and related subjects for many years. She trained at Nyack College where she earned her BM, continued at Manhattan School of Music for her MM, and completed her DMA at University of Oklahoma, with all degrees centered on voice performance. She also trained with European conductors. Dr. Manns has extensive experience in private voice instruction in both Germany and the USA. She has been in demand as a music and stage director for operas and musicals. Dr. Manns describes her teaching approach as a combination of enthusiasm, observation, and instruction, bringing decades of professional experience to her students. She currently teaches voice lessons at Robert M. Sides Family Music Center in State College, Pennsylvania.
