Singing Carrots provides various paid services to direct consumers ranging from paid membership subscriptions to one-off service purchases. The list of services and prices is constantly updated and is published on the website.
3.1 Feedback Report
A Feedback Report is a digital report prepared based on the user audio or video recording by one of our contracted vocal coaches. The report can be purchased on the website.
3.2 Membership Subscriptions
Singing Carrots offers multiple premium membership tiers for direct consumers:

Billing Cycles:
- Subscriptions come in five durations: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and lifetime.
Billing Definitions:
- Week: 7 calendar days
- Month: 30 calendar days
- Quarter: 90 calendar days
- Year: 12 calendar months
- Lifetime: 100 years or until Singing Carrots discontinues the product.
Subscriptions are billed per their chosen cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Singing Carrots to charge the provided payment method for each cycle. This continues until you cancel. Ensure you cancel before the start of the next cycle to prevent automatic billing. No partial-month refunds are available.
3.3 Our 'Lifetime' subscription is paid for by a one-off upfront payment. You may not assign lifetime subscription plans to any other person. Singing Carrots makes no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Singing Carrots services, and in purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that the Singing Carrots services could change or terminate in the future.
3.4 You may cancel automatic renewals of your subscription at any time through your Singing Carrots account settings or in your Stripe account.
3.5 You agree to promptly notify Singing Carrots of any changes to the Payment Method you provided while any subscriptions remain outstanding. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all subscriptions purchased by you.
3.6 In the course of your use of the Products, Singing Carrots and its third-party payment service provider may receive and implement updated credit card information from your credit card issuer in order to prevent your subscription from being interrupted by an outdated or invalid card. This disbursement of the updated credit card information is provided to Singing Carrots and Singing Carrots’s third-party payment service provider at the sole election of your credit card issuer. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt-out of the update service. Should you desire to do so, please contact your credit card issuer.
3.7 Prices include local taxes. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account. If payment is not received by us from the Payment Method you provided, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. You agree that you are not permitted to resell any Products purchased through Singing Carrots for commercial purposes.
Singing Carrots offers specialized services for educational entities, including schools, colleges, choirs, and other organizations. The specific services and prices are determined on a case-by-case basis and can be discussed directly with our team.
4.1 Educational Package
This package provides a set number of accounts for both students and teachers. It grants access to all features available in the "Singing Carrots Pro Member" tier for direct consumers, along with additional administrative capabilities to manage student accounts.
4.2 Membership Subscriptions for Institutions
Singing Carrots provides tailored membership packages for educational institutions. The exact features and prices are determined after discussions with the institution.
Billing Cycles:
- Subscriptions for institutions are available in three durations: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Billing Definitions:
- Month: 30 calendar days
- Quarter: 90 calendar days
- Year: 12 calendar months
Subscriptions are billed according to the agreed-upon cycle. By subscribing, the institution authorizes Singing Carrots to charge the provided payment method for each cycle. This continues until the institution cancels. Ensure cancellation before the start of the next cycle to prevent automatic billing. No partial-period refunds are available.
4.3 Cancellation & Renewals
Educational institutions can cancel automatic renewals of their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
4.4 Payment Information
Institutions agree to promptly notify Singing Carrots of any changes to the Payment Method provided while any subscriptions remain outstanding. The institution is responsible for all applicable fees, charges, and taxes incurred, including all subscriptions purchased.
4.5 Updated Credit Card Information
During the use of our services, Singing Carrots and its third-party payment service provider may receive and implement updated credit card information to prevent subscription interruptions. This is provided at the discretion of the credit card issuer. If institutions wish to opt-out of this service, they should contact their credit card issuer.
4.6 Taxes & Charges
Prices include local taxes. Institutions agree not to hold Singing Carrots responsible for any banking charges due to payments on their account. If payment isn't received, the institution agrees to pay all amounts due upon our demand. Reselling any Products purchased through Singing Carrots for commercial purposes is not permitted.
5.1 By subscribing to one of Singing Carrots paid programs, you are signing up for an auto-renewing subscription requiring recurring payments, and you expressly authorize Singing Carrots to automatically charge the applicable recurring fee and any applicable taxes to your payment method unless and until you cancel.
5.2 Singing Carrots subscriptions renew automatically using the payment details that you have provided. If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to use the payment information you provide for the renewal fee and any applicable taxes. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before that date through your Account Setting page.
6.1 We offer a money-back guarantee for all our direct consumer membership plans within 30 days after purchase. If a weekly package was purchased and multiple charges occurred, only the last payment will be refunded.
6.2 We do not offer any refunds for any other services you might purchase on the website.
