Susan K. Johnson operates the Susan Johnson Studio of Voice in Bellingham, Washington and serves as Affiliate Faculty at Western Washington University. She has been active in the Bellingham music scene since 1991 as a singer, volunteer, and voice teacher. Susan has had great success teaching both high school age and adult students with a lean towards classical technique. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes giving students vocal freedom to have fun with their singing while helping them gain confidence and skills. She believes in providing students with the technical foundation they need to express themselves musically with joy and authenticity.
