Susan Anders is a vocal coach with over 30 years of teaching experience. She has coached thousands of professional and aspiring singers in contemporary vocal styles including rock, country, jazz, musical theater, R&B, singer-songwriter, blues, and folk. After two decades teaching in Nashville, she relocated to Bend, OR (2022-2024), then to Santa Fe, NM (November 2024). She continues working with existing online students. Susan specializes in breathing, support, placement, and projection, vocal range expansion and belt technique, mix register development, interpretation, phrasing, and performance skills, mic technique and studio preparation, and harmony singing and music theory. She welcomes students from beginners to professionals and offers both in-person and online lessons via Skype and Zoom.
