Stephanie Walters is the owner and founder of Arbor Voice Studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been teaching voice professionally since 2016 and founded the studio in 2018 under the original name VanAlstineVoice, rebranding to Arbor Voice Studio in 2024. Stephanie earned her Masters Degree in Vocal Performance specializing in Musical Theatre and Vocal Pedagogy from New York University in 2018. Her journey into performance began as a child, but her love for teaching was discovered during graduate school at NYU. Stephanie's teaching approach combines voice science with emotional freedom, emphasizing customized instruction and accessibility in vocal training. She performs locally in the Ann Arbor area as a singer and performer. In 2023, she established the Voice Teacher Mentorship Program to train aspiring voice educators. Arbor Voice Studio offers both in-person and online voice lessons to students of all abilities, ages 12 and up.

Education & Qualifications

Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy from New York University (2018). Ongoing education in voice science and vocal instruction.
