Sierra Claire is a voice and performance instructor at Clarity Studios in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, specializing in applied singing, musical theatre, jazz performance, and public speaking instruction. A recent graduate from the University of Montana, Sierra was born and raised in southern Oregon where she developed a passion for the musical theatre arts. During her university experience, she performed in three university productions, one community theater production, and one professional company production, demonstrating her diverse performance experience. Sierra began her individual voice training in late high school and has continuously expanded her vocal technique and artistry through private lessons throughout college. As an instructor, she teaches applied singing for ages 12 and up, emphasizing classical vocal technique while exploring the expressive demands of musical theatre and jazz styles. She also provides instruction in audition techniques, breathing exercises, and public speaking skills. Her teaching philosophy combines rigorous classical training with practical performance preparation to develop confident, well-rounded singers.
