Ms. Shannon Kessler Dooley is a Teaching Associate and Artist in Residence at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, where she provides applied voice instruction to students. A highly accomplished soprano known for her lyricism and expressiveness, Ms. Dooley has performed with major opera companies including The Metropolitan Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, and Utah Opera. Her extensive operatic repertoire includes leading roles in classic operas such as Madama Butterfly, Die Zauberflöte, La Bohème, and Le Nozze di Figaro. She has performed concert soprano solos with orchestras including the Utah Symphony, Erie Philharmonic, Asheville Symphony, and Erie Chamber Orchestra. She has also performed with Chattanooga Symphony and Opera. Ms. Dooley's versatility as a vocalist makes her an excellent instructor for students pursuing both classical opera traditions and contemporary vocal performance.
