Samantha Blaisse is a classically trained vocalist who founded her voice studio to provide customized lessons in various musical styles. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Voice, graduating Summa cum Laude at Lebanon Valley College in 2007, and her Master of Arts in Musicology at University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with the publication of her thesis on Madalena Casulana and the Sixteenth-Century Italian Madrigal. Samantha taught as Adjunct Music Faculty at Lebanon Valley College, teaching History and Literature of Music, and was a Resident Artist with Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, teaching music, vocal techniques, choir and music theory for PACyber students. She has performed with several ensembles, including the Concert and Chamber choirs at Lebanon Valley College, the Renaissance Music Ensemble at the University of Pittsburgh, and the Susquehanna Chorale. Her studio specializes in training healthy singers while promoting self-exploration and confidence in performance, accepting students of all ability and experience levels from beginners to music professionals, teaching students as young as 10 years old through teens, adults, and senior singers.
