Rachel Spodek
About
Rachel Spodek is an accomplished vocalist and vocal coach based in Bloomington, Indiana. An Indiana-based singer specializing in opera and classical voice while remaining passionate about other genres, especially musical theater, she believes solid vocal technique is the foundation of all styles of singing. She is pursuing her Performer's Diploma in Voice at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, one of the premier music schools in the United States. Rachel teaches voice and piano at The Davis Academy of Music in Bloomington, where she helps singers develop technique, confidence, and performance skills across classical, operatic, and musical theater repertoires. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes building a strong vocal foundation while allowing students to explore their musical interests.
