Her undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Franklin & Marshall College, providing her with a comprehensive foundation in music theory, history, and performance. Rachel gained valuable experience as a research assistant at the prestigious Janette E. Ogg Voice Research Center at Shenandoah Conservatory, one of the leading voice research facilities in the United States. This research background has given her insights into vocal acoustics, vocal pedagogy, and evidence-based voice teaching methods.
