Norah Wolfe
About
Norah Wolfe is an accomplished opera performer and voice instructor at Wolfe Voice Studio in Coralville, Iowa. She holds a Master of Music in Voice and Opera from Northwestern University Bienen School of Music, where she studied under world-class vocal faculty and participated in master classes with renowned opera singers including Russell Thomas, Eric Owens, and Lawrence Brownlee. She also holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Iowa, where she was selected as a winner of the Concerto/Aria Competition and performed with the university chamber orchestra. Norah has performed operatic roles including Baba in The Medium and Mrs. Peachum in The Threepenny Opera with Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre and has appeared with the Northwestern Opera Theater and University of Iowa Opera Theater. Beyond her performing career, Norah is passionate about contemporary classical music and new composition. She pursues composition and musical theater work, with professional performances of her original compositions. In addition to her musical endeavors, she works professionally at the University of Iowa in administrative roles.
