About

Moon Ray is a voice, piano, and ukulele instructor at A Major Music Lessons in Columbia, Missouri. Moon was practically born on the stage, dancing by the age of four and appearing in countless musical theatre productions. They graduated from Columbia College with a BA in Music with emphasis on voice (musical theatre and classical styles) as well as a minor in Ceramic Arts. Their personal singing utilizes more improvisational folk and indie styles with acoustic stringed accompaniment. Moon enjoys making art, hiking and composing songs, and is abundantly grateful to be able to teach and perform music with others.
