Margaret Wyatt

Margaret Wyatt has been teaching piano and voice in Little Rock for over 25 years at her vocal and piano studio. She studied voice under the legendary Blanche Thebom (former Metropolitan Opera star who founded Arkansas Opera Theatre) and Thomas Hayward. Ms. Wyatt enjoyed a successful career in both opera and musical theatre, working throughout the United States with various regional opera companies and locally with the Arkansas Repertory Theatre and Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Many of her students have been awarded scholarships to colleges and universities and have been cast in leading roles in musical theatre productions. Her studio provides comprehensive vocal training that draws on her extensive professional performing experience and the distinguished lineage of her own training under renowned opera professionals. Ms. Wyatt's teaching philosophy combines classical vocal technique with practical performance skills for both opera and musical theatre.
