Lisa Wampler is an accomplished music instructor and entrepreneur based in Columbia, Missouri, with over 15 years of teaching experience. A native of St. Louis, she began studying piano at the early age of four and has been singing and teaching since her youth. She graduated from the University of Missouri in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Vocal Performance and Biological Sciences. During her college career at Mizzou, she sang with prestigious University Choirs, including the renowned University Singers under the direction of R. Paul Crabb, with whom she toured Europe in 2005, performing concerts in Prague, Brno, Budapest, and Vienna. Lisa studied voice under accomplished instructors Jo Ella Todd, Dan Urton, and Stacy Pendegrass. She has performed and sung with several bands in both Missouri and Arizona throughout her career. Through her studio Columbia Music Lessons, she offers comprehensive music instruction in piano, voice, guitar, songwriting, music production, and music theory to students of all ages. Lisa provides both in-person and virtual private lessons, and prepares students for various performance opportunities and recitals throughout the year.
