Lillian Broderick
About
Lillian Broderick is a soprano with a studio serving students ages 10-88. She holds a Master of Music degree in Voice with a certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Kentucky Opera Theatre program. Her training emphasizes the Italian Bel Canto tradition, and she studied with the late soprano Claudia Pinza through the Ezio Pinza Council for American Singers of Opera. As a tenth-generation Vermonter, Lillian has made performance debuts in Germany and Italy. She specializes in audition preparation, performance coaching, and repertoire selection. Broderick works with students at the Monteverdi Music School in Montpelier, Vermont. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes ease, clarity, and sonority to help students freely sing across all vocal genres. She also studies regularly with Vermont bass Erik Kroncke and has completed advanced training in German for singers through Middlebury Language School.
