Leta Harris Neustaedter is the founder of Metamorphosis Performing Arts Studio, established in 2010 in Boise, Idaho. Her mission is creating a place for the performing arts, mental health, and interpersonal development to intersect. Leta offers a mind-body-spirit holistic approach to voice training, incorporating mindfulness and movement work based on Alexander/Klein Technique and Tadashi Suzuki methodologies. Her teaching emphasizes technique, ear training, music theory, musicality, and performance skills while also focusing on life skills development through the arts. In addition to voice lessons, she offers beginner piano, acting coaching, audition preparation, and public speaking coaching. Leta maintains her studio at Old Boise Music Studios, where she provides 40-minute weekly sessions focused on developing the whole performer.
