Laura Enslin
About
Soprano Laura Enslin is founder and owner of CNY Singing Garden in Syracuse, NY. She concluded a 14-year career at Syracuse University in 2019, teaching first in the Musical Theater program and then in the Jazz and Commercial Music applied study track. Enslin has been described as the perfect vessel of beautiful singing with a plush, velvety voice and unfailing sensitivity. She is an active oratorio and orchestral soloist who has performed the music of Vivaldi, Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, and Mahler's Fourth Symphony. Enslin uses a holistic, mind-body approach drawing from bel canto, sound healing, therapy, and yoga, and teaches all styles and genres of singing. She also serves on the music faculty of Onondaga Community College.
