Kurt Wolf is a master vocal technician and performance coach based in Brooklyn, New York, with a private studio established in 2000. He holds a Master's in Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music and serves as Voice Professor at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, focusing on contemporary commercial singing. Kurt has previously taught at prestigious universities including University of Michigan, Elon University, and University of New Mexico. He served as Director of Voice at Broadway Dance Center for 10 years, working in music director and vocal supervisor roles, and currently serves as headlining vocal coach for CESD Talent Agency. His expertise spans bridging contemporary pop/rock/R&B singing with classical Italian vocal technique, making him a master technician in all vocal styles. Kurt coaches recording artists for major labels including Warner Records, Republic Records, Atlantic Records, Columbia Artists, Universal, Sony, EMI, Jive, Def Jam, Epic, Disney Records, and Nickelodeon. His students have appeared on The Voice, American Idol, X-Factor, Saturday Night Live, and performed in over 40 Broadway productions including Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Hadestown, and Mean Girls. He has also served as guest instructor for Jikei Group Music Conservatories in Tokyo, Japan.
