About
Krystle Fryzel is the owner of Sweet Notes Music Studio in Layton, Utah, bringing over 19 years of teaching experience to students throughout Davis County. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Performance, with her Master's degree in Flute Performance from West Virginia University, where she studied with Francesca Arnone. At WVU, she was a member of the Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Winds Ensemble, and Flute Choir, and was a former member of the Mountain Laurel Flute Quartet. Since 2005, she has worked as a private lesson teacher, performer, conductor, and small ensemble coach. While living in the San Francisco Bay area from 2013-2016, Ms. Fryzel taught up to 55 students per week in both private and group classes. She is currently the principal flutist of the Skyward Symphony and continues to perform throughout Utah. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes nurturing both musical talent and a lifelong love of music, combining technical excellence with creative expression. At Sweet Notes, she provides instruction in voice, flute, guitar, ukulele, and piano for students from beginners to advanced levels, with lessons tailored to each student's personal goals. Her extensive performing and teaching background makes her a highly qualified instructor for students of all ages throughout the Layton and Davis County area.
