Kimberly Barker is the founder and director of Barker Studios360 and the Kimberly Barker Voice Studio, located in Davidsonville, Maryland, serving the surrounding Annapolis area including Edgewater, Crofton, and Crofton. She holds a Bachelors of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Shenandoah University and Conservatory, providing her with strong classical training and expertise in vocal performance. Kimberly has performed in numerous musicals, operas, and solo performances, bringing real-world performance experience to her teaching. She currently teaches voice with the AACPS APEX Arts program at Broadneck High School, where she works with talented young singers. Beyond the classroom, Kimberly is a lead vocalist on the worship team at Mariners Church in Annapolis and serves on the board for The Creative and Performing Arts of South County, demonstrating her commitment to the local arts community. Her students have achieved significant success, with graduates gaining acceptance to prestigious vocal performance programs including Shenandoah Conservatory. Kimberly specializes in classical vocal technique, operatic repertoire, and musical theater coaching, using evidence-based methods to help singers develop healthy technique and expressiveness. She accepts students of all ages and skill levels.
