Ken Stacey is an accomplished vocal coach, mentor, producer, and performer with decades of experience in contemporary music. He is a SAG/AFTRA union member who serves as Lead Vocalist and Front Man for Ambrosia, a five-time Grammy-nominated progressive pop supergroup. Ken has toured as a member of both the Elton John Band and the Michael Jackson "This Is It" Band, performing for billions of people globally. He has appeared on The Grammy Awards 5 times, The Tonight Show 4 times, plus Good Morning America, NBC, CBS, MTV, Entertainment Tonight, and PBS. Ken served as Vocal & Performance Coach and First-Line Judge on American Idol seasons 10 and 11. He has shared stages with Macklemore, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Billy Joel, and numerous other major artists. Currently, Ken works as vocal coach for music legend Kenny Loggins (since 2020) and provides mentorship to students at the Cate School in Carpinteria. He brings his extensive vocal coaching expertise to Santa Barbara, offering instruction in vocal arranging, production, songwriting, and vocal technique based on the Bel Canto singing style.
