Katrina Pfitzner
About
Katrina Pfitzner is a professional vocal instructor, music director, and young talent expert serving the Triad area of North Carolina and beyond. She discovered her passion for music at age 3 when she played Beethoven's FΓΌr Elise on piano. Her career evolved from performing in hundreds of nationwide performances across opera, musical theatre, cabaret, and symphony work to focusing on teaching. She realized her true calling was teaching children music rather than pursuing performance fame. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from UNC School of the Arts (UNCSA), where she studied under Dr. Marilyn Taylor. The Katrina Pfitzner School of Voice offers one-on-one lessons in voice, piano, guitar, and bass with professional educators who tailor programs to each student's goals. She provides vocal training and vocal coaching to students across the United States, serving communities in Atlanta, Charlotte, Greensboro, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Savannah, Wilmington, Winston-Salem, and online.
