Kathryn E. Allison is the owner and lead vocal instructor of the Williamsville Performing Arts Studio in East Amherst, NY, serving the greater Buffalo area. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music with vocal studies concentration from Buffalo State College (2015), Kathryn is a formally trained singer and dedicated music educator. Since beginning her private vocal instruction teaching career, she has taught voice lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, developing a reputation for her personalized approach to vocal instruction and her ability to work with diverse student populations. Beyond her teaching, Kathryn maintains an active performance career as a soprano soloist and ensemble member with several prestigious Western New York choral organizations, including the Buffalo Choral Arts Society and the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus. Her performance credentials include lead and supporting roles in numerous musical theater productions, with notable credits including Les Miserables, Guys and Dolls, and Hello Dolly, demonstrating her expertise in both classical and musical theater vocal styles. Kathryn's experience encompasses diverse musical genres and performance contexts, allowing her to guide students through both classical and contemporary vocal repertoire. At the Williamsville Performing Arts Studio, she works closely with students to develop healthy vocal technique, musical expression, and performance confidence.
