Josh Huls

About

Josh Huls is a music instructor at Harris Academy of the Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he teaches voice, piano, and percussion for all ages and levels of students. Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, Josh graduated with a degree in Music Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During his time at UNL, he gained extensive experience in teaching and performing with a variety of musical styles through performances with groups such as University Singers, Bathtub Dogs, Big Red Singers, and many others. Josh has a strong background in musical theatre and possesses great knowledge of music theory and composition. He is able to incorporate both classical training and popular repertoire into his lessons, making his instruction accessible and engaging for students with diverse musical interests and skill levels. His background in different musical genres allows him to adapt his teaching approach to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.
