Joseph Kyungjin Han is a versatile opera singer, conductor, and esteemed college professor who teaches Voice for Musical Theatre in the Department of Music & Theatre at the University at Albany (SUNY Albany). Celebrated for his performances across the United States and internationally in Italy, France, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea, he made his solo debut on renowned stages such as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. He currently serves as Vocal Area Coordinator and Choral Director at SUNY Schenectady, bringing his extensive performance and conducting experience to his teaching. Joseph Han serves as Vice President of NATS' Eastern New York Chapter (National Association of Teachers of Singing), demonstrating his commitment to the voice teaching profession and pedagogical excellence. His expertise spans opera, musical theatre, and choral conducting, allowing him to provide comprehensive vocal instruction across multiple styles and genres. With international performance credentials and academic leadership roles at multiple SUNY institutions, Joseph Han brings a wealth of professional experience to his students.
