About
Jennifer Weiss is a Los Angeles-based soprano and voice instructor known for her silvery voice and expressive musicality. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre with a focus on Musical Theatre and Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with dual Master of Music degrees in Voice Performance and Voice Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College. As a voice instructor, Jennifer teaches a healthy, relaxed technique grounded in current voice science and vocal physiology. Her work spans opera, new music, musical theatre, and choral works, with performance credits including collaborations with the LA Philharmonic, The Industry, and numerous opera and musical theatre productions. She maintains a private voice studio in Los Angeles and serves as faculty at Pasadena Conservatory of Music, Citrus College, and California School of the Arts, teaching students of all ages and skill levels.
