Jennifer Poff

About

Jennifer Poff is a Lecturer on the voice faculty at the University of Louisville School of Music and the owner of Derby City Voice Studio, where she has maintained a successful private voice teaching practice since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice from the University of Louisville and a Master of Music in Voice from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), and is ABD (All But Dissertation) in her Doctorate of Musical Arts from CCM. As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), Jennifer has a passion for instilling healthy singing techniques in her students. Her students have consistently won competitions, earned Superior ratings at state competitions, and received college scholarships. She works with singers of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to college-bound performance majors. Jennifer's teaching approach focuses on healthy technique while helping each student explore and develop their unique voice across all musical genres.
