Jennifer Kay

About

Dr. Jennifer Kay is Associate Professor and Chair of Music Performance at Ithaca College School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. A mezzo-soprano, she joined the faculty in 2005. Her teaching encompasses studio voice, diction, and French song literature. She previously taught at Syracuse University and Boston University's Tanglewood Institute, and completed a NATS internship studying with Cynthia Munzer and Scott McCoy. Her performance interests include early music ensemble performance with Publick Musick, Bach Lutheran Masses recordings, chamber recitals, and festival performances.

Doctor of Musical Arts in Voice Performance, Boston University. Master of Music in Voice Performance, Boston University. Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Performance, Ithaca College.
