Jennifer Hix

Jennifer Hix has been a private voice and piano teacher since 1990, with emphasis on classical vocal technique and performance preparation. She holds a BME/performance degree from the University of Denver, where she attended on a vocal scholarship, and has a background in both classical and musical theater performance. Jennifer taught vocal music in Aurora Public Schools for 10 years, working with students from elementary through high school, before focusing on private studio instruction. She provides comprehensive instruction in voice technique, piano, music theory, and audition preparation, including college audition coaching. Her studio focuses on developing both technical proficiency and artistic expression, working with students of all ages and skill levels from beginners to those preparing for college auditions and professional opportunities.
