Jeanne O'Connor is a professional vocalist and vocal instructor based in Saratoga Springs, NY with extensive training in classical, jazz, and contemporary styles. Her master teachers include Anne Marie Moss, Cornelius Reid, Jane Burbank, Amy London, and Liz Fleischer. She has performed professionally in New York City and beyond with jazz groups, big bands, pop ensembles, classical groups, and vocal ensembles. She provides comprehensive voice instruction including breath support, vocal technique, song interpretation, performance skills, improvisation and jazz scatting, Broadway and pop styles, audition preparation, and sight-singing and music theory. With experience working with students of all ages—from first-time singers to professional vocalists, grade school through high school students, jazz singers, and musical theater performers—she tailors her approach to each student's unique needs and goals. She provides custom exercises, written practice guides, and facilitates performing opportunities through her professional connections in the New York Capital region.
