Gregory Brookes
About
Dr. Gregory Brookes is an associate professor of music at Texas Tech University where he serves as chair of the voice area. Known for his baritone voice and theatrical abilities, he has performed with opera companies across North America and frequently collaborates with choral societies performing classical works. He teaches applied voice instruction, graduate and undergraduate vocal pedagogy, lyric diction, and opera history.
Education & Qualifications
BMus in clarinet performance from University of Calgary; Master of Music in vocal performance and literature from Eastman School of Music; Performer's Diploma and Doctor of Musical Arts from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music
