Greg Baan-Meiklejohn is a versatile vocalist, performer, and voice teacher based in Saanich, Victoria, British Columbia. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, one of the world's premier contemporary music institutions, where he received comprehensive training in contemporary vocal styles, music theory, and performance. Greg offers both in-person singing lessons from his studio in Saanich and virtual singing lessons via Skype, making his expertise accessible to students locally and internationally. As a professional performer, Greg brings real-world experience from the contemporary music scene to his teaching, performing regularly in the Victoria area and bringing practical insights about the music industry to his students. His teaching approach combines the contemporary vocal techniques and pedagogical methods he learned at Berklee with his own professional performing experience, helping students develop healthy, sustainable voices across pop, rock, jazz, R&B and other contemporary styles. Greg works with students of all ages and levels, from beginners discovering their voice to advanced students preparing for professional careers or university auditions. His Berklee training and ongoing performance career ensure that students receive instruction that is both technically sound and relevant to today's contemporary music landscape.
