Gina Pedone is a voice and piano teacher based in Santa Cruz, California. She holds a degree in music from UC Santa Cruz, graduating in 2012. Beginning her musical journey early—taking piano lessons from age four and voice lessons from age seven—she maintained involvement in Certificate of Merit programs for both voice and piano. Her teaching experience began during her undergraduate years through a vocal pedagogy class. Gina is dedicated to helping students develop healthy vocal technique by understanding how all the pieces of their voice instrument work together to create beautiful, sustainable sound. She emphasizes that singing should be authentic and emotionally sincere, encouraging her students to choose music that inspires them. Her approach combines technical instruction with emotional connection, helping singers of all levels discover their unique voice and express themselves through music.
