Eduardo Azzati is a versatile musician with over 35 years of professional experience as a voice instructor, vocal coach, choral and instrumental conductor, singer, music educator and keyboardist. He is currently Adjunct Professor of Music in Voice at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, teaching applied voice lessons and vocal technique. As Chorus Master of the Allentown Symphony Chorus, Azzati has prepared the chorus for major performances including Mozart Requiem, Beethoven 9th Symphony, Mahler 2nd (Resurrection) Symphony, and Rutter Gloria. He previously served as faculty at Moravian College for 24 years and received the prestigious T. Edgar Shields Prize in 2005. Azzati is the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Pennsylvania Camerata Singers and serves as Director of Music at Trinity Episcopal Church. He is a co-founder and past president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). His teaching philosophy emphasizes anatomical and physiological principles of voice function across different musical genres and styles. During the late 1980s and 1990s, Azzati gained recognition as a soloist and choral conductor in his native Argentina before establishing himself as a leading music educator in the Lehigh Valley.
