About

Dr. Matt Hill is the Director of Choral Activities at Creighton University where he conducts the Chamber Choir and University Chorus and teaches music courses. He was selected as an MVP "Most Valuable Professor" in his first year on faculty at Creighton University in 2023. Matt founded Sing Omaha Inc. in 2007, a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving as Nebraska's premier K-12/adult choral arts nonprofit. He serves as Artistic Director conducting multiple choirs that serve more than 250 singers annually in Douglas and Sarpy County. Matt also teaches private voice lessons and co-directs vocal camps at Sing Omaha Studios. He serves on the national board of the American Choral Directors Association and was honored as the "Choral Director of the Year" in 2019 by the Nebraska Choral Directors Association.
