Daniel Collins
About
Dr. Daniel Collins is a Lecturer in Voice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A professional baritone, Dr. Collins has performed at Carnegie Hall and with the Metropolitan Opera chorus in New York City. He maintains private voice studios at his home in Durham, NC and at the National Opera Center in New York City, where he teaches singers of all skill levels including those who perform on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera. Dr. Collins has an extensive performance background, having sung numerous operatic roles and been a finalist in several prestigious vocal competitions. He serves on the voice faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill, teaching voice instruction and diction.

Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of North Texas. Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Florida State University. Doctor of Music in Vocal Performance from Florida State University.
