Cynthia Robinshaw, MM, MS, is a clinically trained Vocologist, master-level voice teacher, vocal coach, and specializes in gender-affirming voice training and voice rehabilitation at her private studio in Tucson. She holds three advanced degrees: a Bachelor of Music in Applied Voice with a minor in Piano, a Master of Music Degree in Voice with a minor in Vocal Pedagogy, and a Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Ms. Robinshaw trained professionally in Boston and New York with some of the world's most accomplished and internationally known voice teachers and performers in opera and musical theater. She performed throughout the United States and Europe in her early career until discovering her true passion for teaching and vocal health. Recognizing the unique intersection between voice performance and speech-language pathology, she pursued advanced education in Speech-Language Pathology to become a trained Vocologist—a specialized professional combining voice training with speech science. As a Vocologist, Ms. Robinshaw provides comprehensive voice services including singing lessons, vocal coaching, voice remediation and rehabilitation for voice disorders, and gender-affirming voice training. She is dedicated to helping singers develop healthy vocal habits and expression that align with their identity. Ms. Robinshaw is a member of VASTA (Voice and Speech Trainers Association), NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing), and The Voice Foundation.
