Professor of Voice at Oklahoma City University's Music Department, teaching at OCU since 2012. Dr. Crouse has studied under renowned soprano Carol Vaness and celebrated vocal pedagogue Paul Kiesgen. She previously served as assistant instructor at Indiana University's opera program and maintains over 20 years of private teaching experience across the United States. Her teaching methodology emphasizes body mapping, process-driven practice, developing personal vocal toolboxes combining science and imagery, and building positive internal dialogue. Dr. Crouse is dedicated to inspiring students to develop healthy vocal habits, self-awareness, and the technical and mental tools needed for sustained success in the performing arts.
