Constance Paolantonio
About
Constance Paolantonio is a soprano and voice faculty member at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). She earned her Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance and Literature from the prestigious Eastman School of Music in 2011 and her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Appalachian State University in 2009. Constance has embraced a wide range of solo repertoire, including opera, recital, concerts, oratorio, chamber music, jazz, musical theater, and other contemporary styles. She has performed as an Opera Wilmington favorite, including in special virtual events. At UNCW, she teaches voice and contributes to the vibrant music department as a dedicated educator. Constance is the daughter of Michael Waddell, who also teaches clarinet at UNCW, continuing a family tradition of musical excellence.
