Christine Blanner

About

Christine Blanner is a Teaching Associate of Voice and Director of Drake Opera Theatre at Drake University. A soprano who has performed across the United States and internationally in China, Italy, Switzerland, and France, she brings extensive performance experience to her teaching. She has taught at Drake since 2007 and her students regularly win National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) competitions and advance to graduate and young artist programs globally. Christine holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Drake University and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory of Music, graduating with Academic Honors.
