Christina Fleming is a classically trained singer and certified voice teacher based in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is an AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teacher with extensive training in somatic approaches to vocal instruction. She completed her Carnegie Hall concert debut in July 2015 and has performed operatic roles including Countess Almaviva in The Marriage of Figaro at Lincoln Center. As a vocal instructor, she integrates both classical voice technique and Alexander Technique principles to help students find optimal balance in their vocal instrument. Her teaching approach emphasizes the connection between body awareness, breath coordination, and vocal freedom. She is also certified in all three levels of Somatic Voicework and offers workshops that combine voice technique with movement and awareness practices.
