Caleb Heckman is a versatile music educator, performer, and arts leader based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With over a decade of professional experience in the local arts community, Caleb has worked as an accompanist, actor, music director, choir director, and private music instructor. Since January 2024, he has served as owner and operator of Creative Pursuits Studio, one of Lancaster's premier music and arts instruction centers. Caleb is committed to fostering a comprehensive arts education experience for his students, combining vocal and piano instruction with performance training. Beyond his studio work, Caleb teaches Primary, Junior, and Middle School Choir at the Lancaster Academy for the Performing Arts, where he serves as Managing Director, giving him extensive experience working with young singers at all levels. His multifaceted background spanning performance, direction, and teaching allows him to guide students toward not just technical proficiency, but genuine artistic expression and stage presence. At Creative Pursuits Studio, Caleb offers private voice and piano lessons tailored to individual student needs, from beginners discovering their musical voice to advanced students preparing for performances and auditions. His teaching philosophy emphasizes positive encouragement, personalized instruction, and creating an environment where students can confidently explore and develop their artistic talents.
