Brenna Sniatecki

About

Brenna Sniatecki has been a singer and performer for decades, and in the last ten years has shifted her focus to teaching and directing. Since 2018 she has helped lead the Home School Academy Drama Club, which provides homeschool students in the greater Rochester, NY area with a wholesome, high-quality drama program. She especially enjoys working with teenagers and loves to see them build not only their performance skills but also their confidence. Brenna homeschooled her own two sons from kindergarten through twelfth grade, and considers herself to be a lifelong learner. She firmly believes that no one is ever too old to learn a new skill, or to bring a dormant talent back to life. In that same vein, she has started taking piano lessons recently which has been a dream of hers since childhood. She is also a worship leader at her church and learned gospel music under the direction of the late Rev. Alvin Parris III. Since completing New York Vocal Coaching's Voice Teacher Training course, Brenna has started taking on voice students from outside of the drama club. What was originally meant as a way to gain more skills that would benefit her "theater kids" has blossomed into a studio with more than 20 students, in many different age groups and skill levels, located in multiple states throughout the U.S. She strives to help all of her students achieve their vocal and personal goals in a fun, supportive environment that also focuses on excellence.
