Dr. Beth Arnold is an accomplished soprano and dedicated voice pedagogue who serves as Professor of Voice and Associate Dean for Outreach and Engagement at the University of Kentucky School of Music. With a distinguished career spanning classical performance and music education, she specializes in early music, art song, and baroque vocal repertoire. Her performance career has taken her across the United States and beyond, where she regularly performs in recitals and oratorios at prestigious venues and festivals. Dr. Arnold is particularly known for her collaborative work with the New Trinity Baroque Ensemble, performing masterworks by Bach, Handel, Monteverdi, Carissimi, Charpentier, and Purcell. Her scholarly expertise in French Liszt vocal repertoire has been showcased at international festivals, including the International Franz Liszt Congress in Weimar and American Liszt Festivals in San Francisco and Arizona. Beyond performance, she is a certified Koru mindfulness instructor and has developed innovative programs combining voice pedagogy with mindfulness training, teaching courses such as "Mindfulness for Singers" and "Mindfulness for Musicians and Artists" at the Music Academy of the West and Kennedy Center arts programs.
