Ashley Nicole Dawson is a Richmond, VA native and professional singer, musician, and dedicated voice teacher with over a decade of experience. She holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Ball State University, where she received first place in the Ball State Graduate Vocal Competition, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Liberty University. Dawson has served as Adjunct Professor of Voice at Taylor University and brings extensive performance experience to her teaching. She founded Dawson Voice Studio to help singers of all levels build strong, flexible voices using classical technique tailored to any genre—pop, musical theater, opera, or beyond. Her lessons are rooted in healthy, evidence-based methods that support range, stamina, and expressive freedom. She is committed to helping her students achieve their vocal goals through personalized, supportive instruction.
