As a versatile performing artist and scholar, she originated the title role in Shulamit Ran's contemporary opera Anne Frank (2023) and has performed in prestigious venues including the Lyric Opera of Chicago. Her research interests include disability and accessibility in voice studios, vocal performance through trauma theory, and 20th-century vocal literature. Prior to joining UGA, she served as Visiting Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Notre Dame (2023-2025), where she taught applied voice, voice pedagogy, voice science, and 20th-century vocal literature to undergraduate majors, minors, and graduate students in sacred music. Her diverse repertoire spans from classical opera roles including Hanna Glawari in The Merry Widow, Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, and MicÀela in La Tragédie de Carmen, to contemporary and experimental music. She has performed with ensembles including the Crane Opera Ensemble and participated in the NATS Intern Program.
