About
Angela McGann is the founder and lead voice teacher at Cascade Voice Academy in Snoqualmie, Washington, serving the greater Eastside of Seattle including Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, and Kirkland. With over 24 years of professional voice teaching experience, Angela specializes in developing students' love of music while building confidence across all age groups and skill levels. She has taught at multiple institutions including Chapel Hill School of Music and has served as both a high school choir and drama teacher. Her expertise spans classical and opera performance, contemporary commercial music styles, and she is trained in all three levels of Shenandoah University's Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy Institute. Angela is passionate about helping singers explore their vocal abilities and gain a beautiful sound that is unique to them.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Opera Performance from Allegheny College, Pennsylvania; Master of Arts in Music Education from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Completed all three levels of Shenandoah University's Contemporary Commercial Music (CCM) Vocal Pedagogy Institute.
