About
Amy Morgan is the founder and Artistic Director of Allegro Academy in Easton, Maryland, a small non-profit music conservatory dedicated to inspiring a lifelong appreciation for the joy of music. With a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance from Salisbury University and a Master's degree in Choral Conducting from Messiah University, Amy brings professional expertise and passion to her teaching. She has extensive experience as a choral, operetta, and musical theatre director, and is a member of the American Choral Directors Association. Amy serves as piano and voice instructor at Allegro Academy, conducting the Allegra Women's Chorus, Allegro Children's Chorus, and directing the Summer Choir Festival. In addition to her work at Allegro Academy, Amy serves as the Director of Music at Trinity Cathedral since 2014, where she leads sacred music programming. She is also the Assistant Director and Accompanist for the Easton Choral Arts Society, contributing significantly to the musical life of the Eastern Shore community. Amy is an active musician in the Easton community and is deeply committed to providing comprehensive music education for all ages.
