Alexandra Engle is a soprano and founder of Knoxville Voice Lessons, where she teaches voice lessons for teens and adults in North Knoxville. She started her studio to help serious singers of all levels bring positive change to their voices, so that they can perform with confidence and ease. With a passion for teaching that began during her undergraduate studies, Alexandra has appeared onstage with Opera Carolina, the Charlotte Symphony, Marble City Opera, Toledo Baroque Opera Workshop, UT Knoxville Opera Theatre, Resonanz Opera Company, and the Amalfi Coast Music and Arts Festival in Italy. As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, she continues her professional development through programs such as the 2019 Vocal Acoustic Pedagogy Conference at New England Conservatory and David Jones Masterclasses and Teacher Training.

Education & Qualifications

Master of Music in Voice from University of Tennessee Knoxville, Bachelor of Music in Classical Vocal Performance from Belmont University.
